Contract Staffing

Get engineers on your team without adding them to your payroll

Contract staffing means we hire the person, and you direct their work. The engineer, cloud specialist, or QA analyst shows up on your calls, works inside your sprint, and reports to your team lead — but the employment contract, payroll, and compliance sit with us. It's the fastest way to add technical capacity when a project timeline is fixed and the need might not last forever.

Contracts can run for a few months or a couple of years, and most convert to full-time hires once both sides are confident it's a fit — we call that contract-to-hire, and there's no separate fee for making the switch.

Employer of Record (EOR)

Hire someone in a new country without opening a local entity

If you've found the right person but don't have a registered company in their country, an EOR model lets you hire them anyway. We become the legal employer on paper — handling contracts, payroll, statutory benefits, tax filing, and local compliance — while the person works exclusively for you, on your instructions, as if they were on your own payroll.

This is the model that lets a company in the US hire an engineer in Bangalore, or a company in Europe hire a specialist in Dubai or Singapore, this month instead of waiting six months to set up a local subsidiary.
